Summer Adventures at Fair Park

We took the boys to Summer Adventures at Fair Park. It was a great summer program they offered where your entrance fee paid for unlimited rides! We had so much fun and ended up staying for six hours!

First ride... the giant ferris wheel!

I asked for a smile, and this is what I get...

Bryce enjoying the view. Obviously he's not afraid of heights!

Ready for the next ride... the race cars!

They couldn't stop laughing!

Pure enjoyment on those two sweet faces...

On to the next one...

And the next...

And the next...

Their all time favorite was the log ride! I lost count how many times they rode it that day. The guy working the ride kept calling them the "minions."

A trip to the fair isn't complete without cotton candy!

The fun house... mom decided to skip this one!

They couldn't get enough of these rides!

Happy boys with their daddy...

The kid version of the pirate ship swing...

There was even a Lego exhibit...

Cool snake!

The ferris wheel actually spun...

Took this photo of dad in the cave of the log ride, and it came out crazy looking!

We couldn't believe they wanted to try out the bungee trampoline! Ben went first...

He loved it!

He went higher and higher...

Bryce's turn...

He loved it, too!

They both ended up going twice!

We also enjoyed the view from the Fair Park Sky Ride...

We brought the boys' bathing suits so they could splash around...

Filling up water bottles is very entertaining to 4-year olds...

After 6 hours, we finally convinced the boys it was time to go. I don't think we made it out of the parking lot before these two fell asleep!
