Christmas Eve

I love Christmas Eve almost as much as Christmas day itself! Probably because it's always spent with family, food and presents... just like Christmas day! This Christmas Eve was no exception. The boys started off the morning with hugs and pancakes...

Later that afternoon, we all went to Aunt Beth's house to eat dinner and exchange presents...

Daddy with the girls...

Benjamin digging through layers of tissue paper to find treasure...

We tried to reason with the boys to wait until we got home to open this box of Toy Story figurines, but mommy and daddy lost, of course...

So cute and sassy! What happened to the days when toys and dolls were all she wanted?!

An attempt to get a picture of all the Texas cousins...

Can it be that my boys were being the most cooperative?! It's a miracle!

The parents joined in...

The little boys were enjoying fruit snacks...

While the big boys were busy playing with Grant's new helicopter...

Opa was just chilling out and enjoying all the chaos...

Benjamin discovered something fun to play with...

While poor Bryce fell victim to Aunt Gabrielle's nail salon... I'm sure he'll have a few words to say about this when he grows up and sees this picture!

The boys witnessed Grant knocking off the nutcracker's head with his helicopter...

Let's try this again...

That night, the boys got cozy in their Christmas pjs and sweetly posed, holding hands, in front of the tree for their momma...

They started running all over the place, so we had them sit down and hold hands... but their feet never stopped moving!

Once their feet did stop, the rest of their body started sliding all over the place!

And, this might look like a sweet moment, but pictures can be very deceiving!

Look at those cute, yet mischievous, little faces! :)

Daddy decided we needed to leave Santa not one or two but six cookies... plus some cheerios for the reindeers. Santa must've been hungry, because they were all gone in the morning!

After the boys went to bed, Santa arrived!
