Here we are walking towards the lava tubes...
Bryce with daddy and Benjamin with Opa...
Another quick family picture after exiting the tube and daddy walking with his boys...
A volcanic crater...
This is the site of volcanic eruptions that started in mid-summer of 1970 and continued on for 4 years...
All around us, 360 degrees of lava rock as a result of the eruptions...
We stopped for a little picnic by the visitor's center, and the boys had fun running around the grass area. They looked so cute in their Hawaii t-shirts!
One afternoon, while the boys were napping, Evan and I went snorkling...
We saw lots of pretty colorful fish that day...
One of my favorites...a puffer!
The famous clown fish...
After the boys woke up from their nap, we went back to our favorite beach...
And, of course, I couldn't resist getting more pictures of the beautiful sea turtles!
I can't remember what Evan was pointing out to me...
Oma and Bryce walking along the beach...
Running around and enjoying some snacks...
Such happy faces :)
Back to the turtles!
The boys are so happy to be playing on the beach with their dad...and, mommy is happy to have her hands free! :)
Daddy taking the boys on a walk along the beach...
One of the things that I really miss about Hawaii...their gigantic avocados!
On our last full day in Hawaii, we went out to eat and sat on an outdoor balcony for lunch. Here is Bryce sharing his fries with Gabrielle. He must have really enjoyed his meal that day...Gabrielle played some music on her cell phone, and we got a video of Bryce bobbing his head to the music while eating his fries. :)
Blue lollipops for dessert...
Three generations of Berg boys...
The next day, Evan, the boys, and I got back on a plane to start our long journey home! Oma, opa, and Gabrielle stayed for a few more days to check out the other islands. What an amazing month-long adventure we had in Hawaii! To wrap up our Hawaii pics, here is Bryce looking adorable on the plane with his tiger head phones on!
